Eg Ceramic tiles retailed in shops at $35pm2 - you received our buying rate of $19.90pm2! Essentially this enables you to place higher-quality products in your home for a cheaper price. Our supplier's will provide professional design advice and help you along the way. Unlike some other builders - we don't pocket the saving - we pass it on.
Changes - No Problem!
As a custom builder - we know flexibility is required. Any on-site changes or special requests won't incur a charge or mark up (unlike other project style builders who 'rub their-hands' at changes).

You are invited to sit down with Scott while he designs your home with the latest in computer design technology. STR's personal service goes the extra-mile as your builder designs your house. Watch as your home develops before you, and make changes until you are completely satisfied. Our years of experience enable us to offer suggestions to make your build affordable with design & product alternatives at this early stage. If you don't have any ideas of your own, have one of our standard plans changed at no cost to you. We are TOTALLY FLEXIBLE, and our aim is to have your home the way that you want it.
Talk Directly to Your Builder!
Our display homes are personally manned by our builders so you can confidently discuss you project with the builder. In fact, you will deal with Scott the entire process of construction through to handing you the keys to your new home. The builder will provide all on-site personal supervision at every stage of construction and meet with you on site.
After Sales Care
STR is committed to customer service and will carry out a 6 month maintenance warranty on your new home. This is backed by a 7 year Structural Warranty. Your unique home needs time to adjust to its environmental conditions. All new houses WILL have settlement after it has been built and it establishes itself - this is a natural process of construction.
