STR Builders is a family-orientated business established in both the Riverina region of New South Wales and the Sunshine Coast region of South-East Queensland. 

We are experienced in design and quality building. The construction of your home will be personally supervised by one of the three builders in the family: Rod and Ty in the Riverina, and Scott on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. They are supported by a class team of administration staff, local tradesmen and subcontractors.

Our business is based on effective and continual communication throughout all our projects. We focus on building a strong relationship with our clients. Client input is valued and encouraged from the initial design right through to the handover and beyond. We offer flexibility, efficiency and good management, but above all else we deliver a quality product. The constant referrals and repeat business we receive is testament to our commitment to service and quality.

  You are invited to sit down with Rod, Ty or Scott while they design your home. With the latest in computer design technology, watch as your home develops before you, and make changes until you are completely satisfied.  If you don’t have any ideas of your own, have one of our standard plans changed at no cost to you. We are totally flexible, and our aim is to have you in a home of your own, one in which you are completely happy.

  Our display homes are personally manned by our builders Rod, Ty and Scott so you can confidently discuss your project with the builder who will bring your ideas to fruition.

• An extensive range of in-house plans, suiting all budgets, tastes and requirements.

  We have designs that keep up to the latest trends or take you back to yesteryear, catering for the investor, first home buyer, young family or extended family. With the price of land soaring and availability scarce, we also offer a range of duplex and unit designs.

• Work carried out by local tradesmen.

  We employ experienced tradesmen who understand the varied needs and                 requirements specific to homebuilding in their region.
