With the exciting addition of STR Builders on the Sunshine coast, dozens of new homes with unique design features have been constructed for clients with very satisfying results.

Your pencil sketch or our professionally prepared plan's. Your ideas to meet your needs and budget. From the first home buyer to the experience investor we can cater for all.

We have a wide range of Single and Double storey plans which include unit complexes. STR Builders are currently constracting several new unit complexs both lowwset and two storey, keeping in touch with current trends

STR is flexible incorporating our in house computer design criteria, enabling us to work with the client through every detail of their new home. STR has found over the years that clients have very definite, individual ideas on the design of their new home. Clients enjoy being able to sit down with us and see their ideas come to fruition.

STR Builders are proud to be registered with both HIA and Master Builders Association NSW. HIA have awarded STR Builders Bronze membership since May 2002. Rods personal association with HIA started around the early 1980’s with Ty and Scott beings members since early 2000.

In the Riverina NSW & Sunshine Coast QLD we employ local tradesman which is paramount throughout in maintaining our high standard of finish thoughout the construction of every STR home. Our experienced local tradesman understands the many varied needs & requirements specific to home building in the area.

Personal supervision of each home is guaranteed & constant communication is required to ensure your satisfaction on completion. Each homeowner is treated as an individual.
